We are now accepting proposals for talks to FOSDEM PGDay on January 30th. Submissions are accepted until 2025-12-15 at 24:00 CET.

Accepted speakers for FOSDEM PGDay are expected to be notified by 2025-12-17. Submissions that weren't accepted will be responded to as soon as possible.

Each session is 45 minutes after which there will be time for questions. All presentations have to be in English.

All selected speakers for FOSDEM PGDay will get free entry to the event but do need to register. No registration is required for any part of the main FOSDEM event.

If you need travel support, accessibility accommodations, or other help to participate as a speaker, please note this in your submission notes. FOSDEM PGDay operates on a limited budget, so we can’t guarantee full reimbursement for all speakers, but we prioritize support for underrepresented groups and cases where assistance enables attendance.
