The call for papers has now closed, and we would like to thank all of you who submitted a proposal. The program committee is hard at work evaluating the submissions to create an exciting schedule. Accepted speakers are expected to be notified by 2025-12-17, with all submissions responded to shortly thereafter.

All selected speakers for FOSDEM PGDay will get free entry to the event but do need to register. No registration is required for any part of the main FOSDEM event.

Diversity and Inclusion Support

We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the PostgreSQL community and to building a speaker lineup that reflects it. We want everyone to feel welcome to submit and to speak.

If you need travel support, accessibility accommodations, or other help to participate as a speaker, please note this in your submission notes. FOSDEM PGDay operates on a limited budget, so we can’t guarantee full reimbursement for all speakers, but we prioritize support for underrepresented groups and cases where assistance enables attendance.

If your talk is accepted and you need help, we will work with you to find a solution, and we will treat any support requests confidentially. If you would like to support these efforts, please contact the PostgreSQL Europe Diversity Committee.
